Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, you must cancel your booking within at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time.

Non-refundable Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation is non-refundable.

Additionally, reservations will be non-refundable in the following scenarios:

  1. If the cancellation is requested after the driver has already been dispatched.
  2. If you fail to show up at the pick-up location without prior cancellation.

Cancellation Fee

For eligible refunds, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to cover administrative and processing costs.

Requesting a Refund

If you meet the criteria for a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@limorio.com. A 4% credit card fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving your request. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
